Viewing Invoices
The Invoices page provides a list of all invoices generated for the organization. As an Executive, you can view this list and access the details of each invoice.
Accessing the Invoice List
Navigate to Organization > Invoice in the sidebar.
Understanding the Invoice Table

The table lists all invoices, showing key information:
- Invoice #: The unique number assigned to the invoice. Click this number to navigate to the detailed view of the invoice. (Link to Invoice Detail view documentation pending).
- Customer: The name of the customer the invoice was issued to.
- Invoice Date: The date the invoice was generated.
- Due Date: The date payment is due.
- Paid Date: The date the invoice was marked as paid (if applicable).
- Terms: The payment terms associated with the customer (e.g., Net 30).
- Status: The current status of the invoice (e.g.,
Draft,Ready,Pending,Paid,Overdue). - Amount: The total amount due on the invoice.
- Actions (...): This menu contains actions related to the invoice lifecycle (e.g., Edit, Finalize, Send, Mark Paid, Delete). (Note: Most actions in this menu are typically restricted to Admin users. Executives primarily use this page for viewing.)
(Note: Creating new invoices is typically an Admin function.)
